I used to solve problems with inanimate objects—now I solve them with people, properties, and the occasional planning commission. With a background in Computer Engineering and a penchant for logic, numbers, and systems, I transitioned from engineering into Commercial Real Estate not because it was easier, but because it was more human—and much more interesting.
Today, I specialize in industrial real estate throughout the South Bay, where port logistics and global supply chains collide with zoning codes and drayage concerns. My clients range from startups cutting their first BOL to international operators fine-tuning their warehouse networks near the Ports of LA and Long Beach.
My practice goes beyond site selection and lease negotiation. I connect strategic partners, navigate bureaucratic hurdles, and bring macroeconomic context into micro-level decisions. If there’s leverage to be had—from city politics to environmental risk—I’m probably already working the angle.
